This place is horrible I have really bad service asked for a simple manicure had grown out mi nails and she was going to even it out. and they couldn’t even do that also cut me Oohh no I could’ve done it at home myself It look horrible a pedicure I’ve been there once .try to give it a second chance and the same results horrible. We go there to relax and get pampered. Don’t recommend it

Have gotten pedicures here for 3 years, but don't recommend anymore. The last 3 times the service has been poor by 3 different techs. I pay extra for a pedicure for calluses, etc. Calluses hardly touched, cuticles not treated correctly and some painted over. They used to do all this and well along with check for ingrown nail, but not anymore. By far you don't get the basics much less what you pay for.

Horrible customer service, somewhat decent hair cut. I was planning to return because the front of my sons hair cut was alright and the price is cheap. I went to pay and the lady(short black hair, second chair on the right) said it was extra because I have a card. I didn't give a tip and she immediately demanded me for a one with such attitude. She continued berating me saying most people give $4-$5 and that it was insane. On top of that the shop was talking down to a new customer that came in for a haircut while I waited, because he asked who gave the best men's cut. Maybe you guys can learn some customer service and people will actually tip you.
